Our policies help set clear expectations for both customers and Angels.

Refunds & Cancellations

One-time jobs

If you cancel before the scheduled window and no work has started, we will not charge you. If an Angel has already travelled or started work, we may charge a partial amount to cover their time and costs.

Seasonal plans

Seasonal plans are generally non-refundable once the season starts, because Angels and routes are planned around those commitments. In clear edge cases (health moves, relocation out of service area, etc.), we may review and offer a partial credit or adjustment at our discretion.

Quality issues

If work quality is poor or a visit is missed, our first step is to re-schedule or re-service where reasonable. If that's not possible, we may offer a meaningful credit.

Weather & Safety

Safety for both customers and Angels comes first.

Severe storms (snow)

During major storms, service levels may be slower than normal. Priority is given to seasonal/contract clients and high-need homes (including some cancer-related situations).

Holiday lights and decorating

We do not perform high-risk ladder or roof work. Install/take-down visits may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe (ice, high wind, extreme cold).

Lawn, home, and errands

Severe weather may shift start times or move visits to another day. We'll communicate changes as soon as we can and work with you on alternate options where possible.

Service Limits

Angel Seasons focuses on practical, everyday help. We do not provide:

  • Medical care or personal care
  • Deep or hazardous cleaning
  • Work that requires specialized licenses (e.g., electrical, gas, plumbing)
  • High-risk work at heights (roof work, dangerous ladder setups)
  • Heavy machinery jobs outside our defined scope

If we can't safely do a task, we'll tell you and, where possible, suggest the type of specialist you may need.

Privacy

We collect only the information we need to:

  • Book and deliver services
  • Manage payments and schedules
  • Communicate with you about your jobs

For cancer-related requests

We only ask for enough context to understand your situation and what kind of help you're requesting. Optional health-related details are used only to manage support programs and capacity. We never share your story publicly or in marketing without your explicit consent.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only share it with partners or Angels where it's necessary to provide the service you requested.

Terms of Service

By using Angel Seasons, you agree to these key points:

  • Angel Seasons is a platform connecting clients with Angels (independent contractors).
  • Each booking is tied to a specific job template; Angels are not required to do tasks outside scope.
  • Clients must provide accurate property information and safe access.
  • Angels may take before/after photos for quality and disputes.
  • Health-related information for cancer support is optional, sensitive, and confidential.

Safety & Insurance

We screen Angels and set clear safety expectations for both sides. Where applicable, work done through Angel Seasons is covered by protections or agreements appropriate to the service and region. Our goal is simple: keep households safe, keep Angels safe, and make sure everyone understands the plan before a job starts.
